Deleting an Inactive Punch Station

You can delete a no longer in use punch station via Punch Stations Tab -> Select an inactive

station -> Delete Station

Broadcasting a Message to Active Punch Stations

You can broadcast a message to active punch stations via Punch Stations Tab -> Select the active

stations required -> Broadcast

In the Broadcast Message to Stations window,

•

Select whether to broadcast to all or selected stations.

•

Select to show it as the Today's Message or to popup a window to show the message.

•

Click OK to proceed to broadcast the message.

Contacting a Staff on an Active Punch Station

You can contact a staff on an active punch station and chat with the staff via Punch Stations Tab -

> Select the active station required -> Contact Staff

In the Contact Staff window,

•

Enter the message to send and click Send.

•

Click Clear to clear any unsent text.

•

Click Close to close the dialog.
